Born and raised in the North East of England, son to a South American political exile, Antonio Lulic is a singer-songwriter whose deep vocals, combined with a powerful lyrical style, deliver a passionate and uplifting performance.
Since the release of his debut EP, Antonio has toured with his band relentlessly; around the UK, in Europe and Australia, as well as opening for international star Ed Sheeran on his sold-out tours of Britain, the USA and across South America to enraptured audiences. Antonio has been featured on London Live TV, the highly regarded Daytrotter online sessions and has performed at major festivals, including four acclaimed shows at the prestigious SXSW Music festival in Texas.
His latest EP ‘Son‘ was released in Spring 2015, hitting #12 in the iTunes UK chart. Drawing comparisons from early Springsteen to Mumford and Sons, it highlights a shift in style, moving from the intimacy of a mature singer-songwriter to the sound of foot-stomping arena-filling anthems.
Always in demand Antonio has just returned from another tour of Central and South America with his good friend Ed Sheeran.
His forthcoming EP 'Departures' to be released in Autumn 2017 is his most eagerly anticipated yet. Seeing him evolve from singer-songwriter into frontman, leading his band into rousing, jubilant, anthemic and political new territory.
The powerful lead single 'False Positives for Jean Charles de Menezes' is out on July 22nd.
