This concert marked a special occasion, the celebration of my 50th birthday. I was delighted to have the chance to invite some of my favourite musicians and friends to perform sets at the church. Headlining were Fred's House who I had met for the first time at the Folkstock Music Festival in 2013. They released their debut album 'Bonnie & Cylde in 2014 and have since gone on to great success, including numerous festival apprearances and a session with BBC Radio 2's Bob Harris. Our special guests on the evening were very good friend Anglo-German singer-songwriter Roxanne de Bastion, joined for the first time by August and After's very own Jordan Bergmans and Ned, Vedantha and Jordan from August and After with their sublime mix of alt-folk and classical music.

Over three hour of great music was greated by a standing ovation by an excellent audience who were very attentive from the first to the last note of the programme.
