We were thrilled to host the London date of Ange's 'Esteesee' UK album tour in a venue which is almost perfect for Ange's music. Not only that, but it was a very special night, the first gig for Ange and Lukas as an officlal duo. All of us at LCM think that this is a very exciting partnership with a great future ahead. A new album is also promised for later in 2016. The appreciative crowd enjoyed not only songs from the Esteesee album but also a mixture of new songs and older songs from Ange's back catalogue.
Joining Ange and Lukas were two award winning young singer-songwriters Kelly Oliver (who joined us from her UK tour with Thea Gilmore) and Minnie Birch (who had just returned from a UK and European tour and who had won our first LCM Music Award and funding for her debt album from the LCM Music Fund)
The evening was compered by Brian Player from Blues and Roots Radio.
